I honestly would like to see the Packers sign this guy in the offseason if he isnt trying to get some outrageous contract. I can see him trying to get a big contract because of versatility but really, no one should give him one due to the only thing he does really well is return kicks and run end arounds... He would be another decent option at WR as DD is aging what seems to be rapidly and everyone knows that he can be a spectacular return man, if we don't find someone that can be an impact guy in that area it's just one step closer to building a championship team.

I believe he is also their 3rd string qb.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I have him on my fantasy team and he's only 4% owned. I won't be surprised if he gets me double digits this weekend.

He's a heck of a returner and should be a good 3rd string WR. Would love to have him.

I'd rather use that money for Jenkins. Cullen needs to be our number 1 priority. Then Jones. James Jones will be our #2 WR next year, which I think is more valuable than a good kick returner.

Also, I can't remember specifically, but it seems like whenever great returners get big contracts they end up sucking. Hester, Cribbs, etc.

The problem with Hester and Cribbs is they arnt just returners any more they made their money being returners for their teams only to be made into offensive threats. Jones will not be the #2 next year because we really don't have a depth chart with our wide outs. Jennings and Driver will be named starters but that doesn't mean driver will play the most and jennings isnt a number one he plays mostly in the slot. Brad Smith is not the type of player for the packers, they don't run trick plays and which wide out are you gonna get rid of?

I guess noone reads my posts, you don't have to get rid of a wideout, you keep smith as a #3 qb and mainly returner

Thats fine except for the fact that GB doesn't have a 3rd QB or exclusive returner on the team.
