throwing into the middle of the season is a sure-fire to make sure he gets injured again. if he's not ready, he's not ready.

From the sounds of what I've heard it sounded like Mike McCarthy knew he was going to active Harrell. He just didn't know when. I don't think Mike McCarthy wants to cut someone for Harrell until Harrell is ready [strike]or if they have to put Harrell on IR[/strike].
