Colorado folks don't know what cold is. Winter jackets when it's still 40 degrees out. It's pretty crazy.

I love how once people know I'm from Wisconsin, I'm no longer allowed to mention that the weather is cold.

Typical Response "You're from Wisconsin, you should be used to this weather."

My Reply, "No, Jackass, we just know how to dress in it."

That being said, I am guilty of wearing a winter coat AND shorts to run down to the Kwik Trip in the morning to get milk for my cereal.

I wonder if distance in time is a midwest thing because I grew up in St. Louis and everyone I know there uses time to quantify distance.

I'm also wearing a hoody and shorts right now, gotta stay comfortable without paying too much for heating. Yay college.
