I was just wandering around on Youtube today and I noticed this video on Clay and his after OTA training camps and it doesn't shock me at all how much he has improved after watching this video. What I like about it is how much in a game you see him pull use those exercises and how often they work. (I'm not sure if anyone has posted this before.)

Awesome stuff. I can't imagine a better non-football training regimen than martial arts or mixed martial arts for these guys.

I am definitely seeing a lot of the hand-work translate to gameday.

I love when Frodo, erm, Jay Glazer talks about the importance of leverage. "Clay can bench 450 pounds but he can't move me"... Leverage is absolutely vital. It's the reason why I can kick Peter's ass, and will be able to kick Peter's ass to my dying day.
