No shit. This women sounds fucking insane. I only know what I've read from you so my opinion can only mean so much but this women shouldn't be raising any type of child let alone be in control of her own life.

djcubez, you'd be amazed at some of the things that happened. From stealing my car for two nights to cheat on me to assuming while I was out with my buddy Jim on 4th of July she went on the internet and found someone and screwed them thinking then we'd be even to trying to throw herself down the stairs.


My daughter shouldn't be living with her, but the State will not take a child away from a mother unless there's a LOT of proof shes' incapable of raising a child. She's seen a shrink and he left convinced she was perfectly fine. That's how well she is at manipulating others and why I'm so frustrated.

We had those attorneys and paid 500 a piece but my ex never paid her share and that attorney just let it slide..and this was Wis as well...So not sure why they are forcing you?

My ex also has been telling lies about me and not telling them the good stuff I did for them..

Daughter is now 16 and nothing I do or so is good enough......I haven't seen her since Jj's surgery in Aug..

In fact she is so twisted from her mom, that she wont come over until Christmas, and I wont have that..coming over to just get gifts and $$ told them no need, that stuff will go back with JJ

Even tho the kids know I am not the biological father and even though I paid over 40K in child support, they think the $$ that I couldnt afford to give them was the only thing that mattered..

At least JJ loves coming by me..

Kinda off topic, and mostly tongue in cheek, but if a girl is accusing me of abuse and is more than capable of convincing others that I'm abusive.. Then I give a damn good reason for her to tell others that I'm abusive.

That said and out of my system (if there's one thing I hate more than women abusers, its manipulative bitches like your ex), sounds like you are a great dude and the ex will exploit that to her advantage. You should seriously consider video evidence (tape EVERY single face-to-face contact you have with her, etc). Anything you need to do to get that 'woman' away from your daughter, do it (within reason, of course). Love on your girl and hang tough. Eventually she'll see the monster your ex is and she'll make the right choice.

Are you saying if she's able to convince others one is abusive towards her, that that person is abusive? Or are you saying if you're going to be viewed as guilty for it, you'd commit the crime you're accused of?

Either way, even if I could "get away" with it. I wouldn't abuse a woman. It's an extremely sensitive subject for me. I witnessed my mother going through it way to much and I will not ever be like that. I like pain, I can take it and have taken it. Pain goes away. Once you hit a woman, you are always a coward.

I'll take the pain of getting hit over being a coward, every time.

He's saying that if she's going to accuse him of abuse, he's going to give her something worth accusing you about. Kind of like what my mother used to say: "If you're going to complain, I'll give you something to complain about."

I do not believe the idea that a man should simply sit down and take abuse from a woman, however. If a woman swings at me, I'm going to hit back. That behavior is not acceptable and needs to be dealt with immediately. I've seen some men who went through some pretty severe trauma because they weren't willing to defend themselves. I don't see anything noble in that. It's just as cowardly of a woman to take advantage of a man's hesitance to defend himself as it is for a man to pick on a defenseless woman.

I've had my aunt almost beaten to death because of a coward (her husband at the time), but because I wouldn't put up with that shit doesn't line me up with the likes of him.

Anyway, like I said in the post, that was mostly tongue-in-cheek (meaning not seriously, ironically joking).

What Rourke said pretty much summed my thoughts. Doesn't mean I would do that, as I have never been in that situation before, thus I honestly don't know how I would act.

I do know that I have taken much physical and even more emotional abuse from my sisters while growing up, and I do know at one point I 'snapped' and put my sister up against the wall by her throat. Didn't hit her, didn't choke her.. but put the fear of God in her. All that was needed to straighten her out. Would I have done that in your situation? I'd guess I would, but I honestly don't know.

I feel there's a very fine line between woman abuse and protecting one's self and their kin. I do know this, if my wife was lethally threatening / hurting my child, I would gladly put her down in any way possible. I'd hardly consider myself a coward for doing as such.
