I don't think this has been posted yet, but hell must be awfully chilly because the tackles showed up today!

For whatever the reason, Edwards and Allen haven't been the same players this year, and Bulaga was getting a lot of help from Quarless and (insert rb/fb here) but regardless, that was probably their best performance of the year, and the most time I've seen Rodgers had in '10.

I've been as critical of them as anyone, but major props to them for last night!

Agreed, they both stepped up ... if not we we're doomed.

Clifton played spectacular vs Allen.

Bulaga and Sitton had really good communication out there and did a good job of passing guys off to one another without letting them split the gap. And I can't say enough about Clifton, took Allen 1-on-1 the entire game, what a delight to watch Clifton have a game like that.

Once in a while we need to obnoxiously pour on the compliments - he deserves them. For all the f'n FS penalties he accumulates, and how slow he's looked this year, he manhandled Allen today, and what a pleasant surprise it was!

They both played very well.
Clifton deserves huge props for the job he did.
The whole O-line looked much better than they did last week, perhaps they are starting to put it all together for the stretch run.

Rodgers, no sacks. OL did well.

Bulaga had a lot of help too and it worked well for us. It opened us up on the many screen passes.

Cliffy owned Jared Allen.

I think we need to give Cliffy some serious praise here. He completely owned him. Allen didn't get anywhere near Rodgers for the entire game.

Another significant thing about that matchup - Cliffy asked for no support whatsoever. He got no support whatsoever. It was one on one the entire game.

This was key. This was the reason we had time. Jackson was able to key in on other people and we also burned them for a screen or two.

Props to Cliffy. You earned your money and them some yesterday. :thumbright:

Mike said they weren't going to give him support because they had to give Bulaga support.

Martha Careful (5-May) : Yes, in the military S2’s work on IPB, PERCEC, PHYSEC and IO
dfosterf (4-May) : FYI civilian companies swipe the S2 designation from the military. S2 is the intelligence branch up to brigade level. G2 is division level.
dfosterf (4-May) : Google it. Make sure to tack NFL on it or you will get the military meaning
Zero2Cool (4-May) : S2?
beast (4-May) : Seems like the S2 has a love/hate relationship with professional scouts.
beast (4-May) : In theory, the S2 test how quickly a QBs brain can solve game like issues and how quickly they can do it.
dfosterf (4-May) : Are you gentlemen and at least one lady familiar with the S2 cognition
Zero2Cool (4-May) : Maybe there isn't an issue.

Mucky Tundra (27-Apr) : Colts 1st round TE Tyler Warren also got prank called, was that Jax Ulbrich as well?

Martha Careful (27-Apr) : apparently he did not participate in practice or play on the east west shrine game nor the NFL combine. The kid was a mediocre spoiled brat
