Applaud your effort. If these are weekly updates, call me in week 10. Seriously, you put time into these -- I'm not going to be the one to diminish that. In fact, +1, and thanks for doing it.

That said, I'm not going to so much as mildly skim one of these posts until week 10 (my arbitrary point of reference for playoff discussions).

Before anyone jumps off a boat and freaks out that its too soon to think about playoffs, SHUT UP.

I found it interesting to know that Bill Belichick uses the first quarter of the season as a tinkering with roles of his players to set himself up better for the final quarter of the season and playoffs.

Although of course it's early, my guess is that these rankings will be closer to the final playoff seedings than last year's final standings. In the NFL, reputation only tells you so much, because there is so much turnover in the playoff field every year. And 25% is a pretty good chunk of the season. I'm expecting that even some of the more suspect division leaders will in fact win their divisions. I just can't tell you exactly which ones.

This list is interesting. It's hard to believe that the Cardinals are leading their division or that the Ravens are ahead of the Steelers.

I think the Ravens and Steelers are the two best teams in the league right now, and maybe the Jets are up there too. The NFC is a free-for-all.

I am afraid of the Steelers' defense this year.

1) How many of you would see the Redskins game as a potential preview of the wild card round of the playoffs?

2) Same with the Saints at Cardinals?

The AFC is clearer with 6 spots determined by head to head wins.

the cards are surely not going to stay up there this year. ha!

I agree with Twinkiegorilla.

I wouldn't rule anybody out of winning the NFC West. I can easily picture 7-9 being good enough to win that division this year.

Zero2Cool (1h) : When he was coming out, I thought he'd be flash in pan.
Mucky Tundra (3h) : Joey seems so forgettable compared to his brother for some reason
Zero2Cool (3h) : NFL informed teams today that the 2025 salary cap will be roughly $277.5M-$281.5M

Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Issue should be solved, database cleaned and held strong working / meeting. Boom!
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : It should be halted now.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : usually spambots are trying to get traffic to shady websites filled with spyware; the two links being spammed were to the Packers website
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : you know when you put it that way combined with the links it was spamming (to the official Packers website)
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Yep. You can do that with holding down ENTER on a command in Console of browser

Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : Is the Packers online game "Packers Predict" now available for 2024? I can't tell
