I have to wonder what the mechanics are of a quadriceps injury. To injure that muscle, one would almost have to be be on one's knees as one was bent backwards onto the back. Seems like it'd be a rather unusual injury. Maybe it was just a bruise from a helmet. The article doesn't specify.

Saying Raji fell on him doesn't tell us anything. It doesn't tell us what position Peprah was in when he was injured, and it is not descriptive of the nature of the injury. Is it a strain/pulled muscle? Or is it just a bruise?
