Don't forget Jordy Nelson on the Winners list. He did a fine job returning kicks.

He must only do that when I'm not watcing, because in the first half, he looked like the old Nelson.

I was actually watching the 1st quarter at a friend's house. As soon as I saw Nelson back there, I told my friend that he'd run up to the 20 and run into a pile.

I think he made it to the 21/22 before hitting a pile of 5 people.

I could get chewed out for this one, but I think Shields gets a head nod too. First ever pro game after going undrafted, and I only saw him give up one medium throw.

You won't get chewed out by me - the touchdown to Maclin was a bit sad (looked like he was expecting some help that wasn't there, but hard to tell in live action), but otherwise I didn't see him much unless he was tackling (and he got a couple timely stops). With those receivers, that's a pretty good outcome.

Shields did pretty well for his first real NFL game. Kudos.

Rock - Next time we have a kickoff return, please leave the room. Then come back after the return is over.

Thanks.

I love how woodson played as well he played every aggressive he may of caused some penalties but hey he had good coverage all game.

Crosby has to be a winner, looks like he totally got his groove back.

Other winners:
Sitton and Wells continue to impress
B-jax played a solid game
Jennings had a great game
Tramon played well

Losers:
Refs:two guys were being held on that long Vick scramble.
Philly fans: Classless pieces of crap. Cheering when Grant got hurt, booing Kolb before half time.

WOW, where do I begin...

Winners - CM3 and Woody, with honorable mention to Jenkins with the club!
Crosby - Me being the only one to put him in the "10 players we can't afford to lose" thread, makes it that much more evident. He was ON, and delivered beautifully!
Shields - They gave him NO help, and he handled it....kudos to that on it's own!
B-Jack - I didn't think he'd suffice, but did so in a time of need.
Tramon - THAT'S how you handle CB....I feel MUCH better now.
Returners - Jordy and Tramon....just do what you did and we'll be fine...period!

Losers - The offensive line in the first half....so much for preseason lulling me again!
Defense - All be it having to defend a hybrid fuck such as Vick....feels good knowing every QB we face here on out will be an actual QB, not that hybrid dealy he naturally is.
Vick - you should have ran it in! FAIL! ;o)

All aspects of Special Teams played admirably, in my opinion.

Jarrett Bush got some playing time on defense and he didn't make any huge mistakes, so I would definitely count him as a winner.

Virtually everyone on D at least had bright spots, if not great games (clay, raji, woody).
