Yes, the Packers picked up a conference win, but the Bears picked up a divisional win, which is even more important.

This game was true to Packers form. Not so hot in the 1st and 4th quarter, but efficient in the 2nd and 3rd quarter. That is the norm for us, isn't it?

The points made above are unimpeachable, of course, but when I said "more important," I meant in terms of the order of tiebreakers. Strength of schedule is far lower on the ladder than divisional and conference wins.

I think Conference and Divisional wins would come into play only if we were: 1) tied with Chicago in the W-L record; and 2) split our divisional round match with them 1-1.

The latter might happen, but if the former does then we are in some trouble, because I just cannot see Chicago being a playoff team.

Overall not a bad game...We were off offensively and still scored 27 points in 3 quarters!
