For anyone who might be interested, I finally got around to posting again on my blog. (My target date was August 1, so I'm not too far behind schedule, though, annoyingly, I did end up going over a year without a post.)

My hope is to post pontifications/rants/valuable info there no less than 3 times a week (2 on weeks when I have to give big exams).

I like to think some of the old posts are still worth reading, but I know that web content is, for most people, a place defined by its ephemerality.

What are these rules people speak of? :)

I'm fairly lenient with members who contribute regularly. What I don't like is leachers, or free loaders. Meaning, coming around here for the purpose of advertising ... or come around only on game day for that special reason.

You can bash me if you want, but my feeling is, if you dedicate time to the site, then I feel you deserve to be able to have the fruits it has to offer ... even if that means dropping a link to your personal stuff from time to time.
