Driver has virtually no chance of entering the NFL Hall of Fame. There are dozens of receivers ahead of him in the queue with more impressive numbers.
I know everyone here is enamored of his personality, but I like him for more pragmatic reasons (I personally think it would be pretty damn easy to be a nice guy when you're pulling in millions). I like him because he is one of the hardest guys in the league to tackle when he goes across the middle for a pass. So often we see receivers and rushers lose the football while battling for that extra yard, but Driver almost never loses the rock. He's one of the most sure-handed receivers in the league. (Or he was before last year, anyway, when he seemed to develop a mysterious case of the dropsies.)
Most of the time I'd rather have the ballcarrier simply go down where he's at and maintain possession than struggle for a few extra inches and create a turnover. Driver may be the only receiver in the league who doesn't make me cringe when he refuses to go down.
