Well Brandon Underwood's father is actually Goro from Mortal Kombat, so you can understand their confusion regarding other people holding them down or not.

Initial claim from women in Underwood case was a shocker

By Mike Florio

In the end, Packers cornerback Brandon Underwood likely will avoid charges for sexual assault because of the strong allegations that the two alleged victims initially made -- and then changed.

According to the Associated Press, the women claimed that more than one Packers player assaulted them -- while other players held them down.

Then, somehow, the claims morphed into an allegation that one player, Underwood, assaulted both of them.

Under those circumstances, it would be virtually impossible for any jury to find proof of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Still, the fact that the allegations were even made raise questions as to whether Underwood, who admits to consensual sexual contact with the women, will draw scrutiny from the league. Though it's unlikely that he'd be disciplined under the Personal Conduct Policy for one incident that didn't result in the filing of charges, Underwood will likely be on deck for a preemptive suspension if he puts himself in position to face similar allegations in the future.

Changing your story halfway through an investigation always makes the believability go up.

I read over on JSOnline that these hoes were picked up at strip club and that they had actually stolen some of Brandon's goods. Their credibility is zero. Move on Brandon, hopefully this lights a fire under your ass and you lock down the dime corner posititon so we can finally rid ourselves of Jaret Bush.

If they were lying, I think they deserve to undergo a clitoridectomy followed by vaginal infibulation.

Yuck.

But if they were found to be lying, Underwood should be able to sue for damages. His name has been associated with Ben R and Mark Chmura now. Not good. I'm not a lawyer (I just play one on TV), but doesn't he have a legitimate case for slander?

One would think.. slander or defamation of character.

I have a lot more issue with the gals actions here than with the Ben R case.. IE.. Brandon didn't have a body guard trapping them at the door.. or maybe that just hasn't be released yet. 😉

Looks like there is a little more to this story.. probably where the "stupid" part comes in from the other players.. paying for sex on a charity weekend.

Report: Brandon Underwood could be charged with solitication of prostitution
Posted by Mike Florio on June 8, 2010 1:47 PM ET
As expected, Packers cornerback Brandon Underwood won't be charged with sexual assault.
As not previously contemplated, Underwood could be charged with solicitation of prostitution.

The latest report comes from Bill Michaels WTMJ in Milwaukee.

According to Michaels, Underwood met the two women who would later claim sexual assault at a "Gentleman's Club" named Chubby's. He allegedly solicited one or both to return to the condo where he and other members of the team were staying.

And so while an "encounter" between Underwood and one of the women was taking place, the other woman tried to rob him.

When the theft was discovered, the women were thrown out -- and then they cried rape.

As previously reported, the women initially said they were assaulted by multiple players while being held down by other players. Then, they changed their story, claiming that Underwood assaulted them.

If Underwood ultimately is convicted of or pleads guilty to solicitation of prostitution, he likely would be disciplined by the league office, pursuant to the Personal Conduct Policy.

If he was paying them for this, why did they try to rob him?

This whole thing is getting to the point where I'm laughing at every new bit of info. It's always different from the last.

Funny for some of us maybe, but certainly not funny for Underwood. I hope these girls get prison time for falsely accusing a man of rape and dragging his name through the mud. Yes, Underwood is guilty of stupidity and infidelity, but he will be forever associated with this, which is absolute BS.
