Fucking drugs! So sorry to hear of your loss. As someone who has witnessed several of my dearest people succumb to this monster, I know the sense of hopelessness that comes with it. Be strong, and if you can find some good in this...such as speaking to young people about your experience....I know it will help you to move forward and find some sense of comfort after this tragedy.

I'm not going to get into the whole deal with my lad just yet, but let it be known that good friends and neighbors are absolutely priceless. It was a wonderful service, and we are as "good" as possibly could be expected.

I want to harp on the neighbor thing for a moment...

We do have a lovely home, but it's value to me derives from the folk that live on either side of it- Not the brick, block, yada yada yada within...

I tell you this from my heart. My neighbors helped us through this in incredible ways--I am profoundly appreciative that they are also my friends.

We (My neighbors and I) roll quite similarily to how we roll right here on PackersHome... I am blessed for that, too.
