I have not abandoned this site...I have taken brief moments to read what you guys and gals have been talking about.

It was a battle with drug addiction.

The kid was trying, but he succumbed to the temptations.

Shawn (Pack93z) was wondering where I was, and if Max was OK-

He is doing GREAT! He has lost 27 lbs- His coat his awesome, and his mobility is fantastic. Doodle is probably GTG-

I'll say more when I have the energy.

I felt my heart stop for a moment when I read this. I have a physical pain inside now that I know this.

I don't know what to say, other than I admire you and . . . I ache for you.

i'm so sorry, dave. addiction is a living hell for the person & their family. you will all be in my prayers.

Thank you all for the well wishes and concern.

After the services on Tuesday, I will take some time to tell our story.

I want to get it right, especially for the "young bucks" and their parents.
