today, playing on their side of the LOS... best he has looked to date.

Hope it is something that continues from this point out.

Nice game to learn from. McCarthy talked about taking advantage of your chances, and I think Thompson definitely did that more this week and he did last week.

Cole was big too. Still improvements to be had, which should be taken as a positive. The D still have room for improvement.

He was used effectively.

If you want to throw a rookie out in the wild, this is the way to do it. The D-Line is already weak, but him going against Walter Jones will only help him progress as a player.

As far as I see it, as long as JT keeps progressing, KGB is out the window.

I heard the radio guys say that he spelled Aaron at LT as well. Not too bad. It is good to hear that the younger players are taking a step forward. I hope they do it again next week.
