You have got them... I know it is easy to say from a distance.. but don't get all worked up until the further tests are completed.

With prayers.. hopefully it is just them being overly cautious.

And if not.. the sooner an issue is caught the better.

I am certain (as certain as I can be without being a medical person) that this will amount to nothing.
Fluid filled sacs in the tissue (which are normal for women) will show up like dark spots on the exam that is why the do the ultra sound test as a follow up.
As I mentioned my wife gets "flagged" for a follow up so often she does not do the second test any longer.
So don't let this get you too worried. (Which is all too easy for me to say.)

The technicians who do the exam are not suppose to comment on what they are reading but once again, my wife badgered them so much that now they admit that "to them" it appears to be nothing of concern but they quickly add the Dr will get back to you.

4pack...chin up, and prayers with you! Second looks are very common, if family and former's are any indication. Be well, be strong, and you are in all out thoughts and prayers...well, except the friggin' athiests amongst us. They will just kill a goat or something!
