If you could have one player for this upcoming season, who would it be? Would you rather keep Raji with his year of experience, or take Suh, who would be new to the system this season.

What do you think?

Raji is/will be playing the 0 technique NT for us. Suh would most likely pplay 5 technique DE for us. It's a completely different position.

That said, I think that Suh is the better player. I don't know if I'd trade them, since NTs are very hard to get, but Suh is the best player in this draft. Raji would most likely be the 16th or something.

From college tapes.. Suh looks more explosive however IMO Raji is a better run stuffing type.

IMO, it really would depend on the defensive philosophy and how you want your downs to play.. in our case for the Packers.. I would probably edge towards Raji if we are taking nose tackle or a versatile player to slide up and down the line.

If we are strictly talking a 3-4 end.. it would be closer.. I think you may gain some pressure from Suh over Raji.. just you might give a bit in run support.

Talking strictly based on last years short comings on the Dline.. I will take Suh by a nose.. Pickett, Jenkins, Suh over Pickett, Jenkins, and Raji at DE.

definately sake suh - guy looks like a beast. Granted raji is a nice run stuffer; I can see suh getting a ton of sacks and still doing well against the run.

I love Raji, but got to go with Suh. Most dominating collegiate DT in a long, long time.

For this year I could see Raji having a better season because he has a year under his belt, but no question long term, Suh is the better prospect.

Suh

I love that guy. He's gonna be the best D-lineman in the league for 10 years IMO. He looks like a Bruce Smith/Reggie type. Lets see if he has their heart, leadership and work ethic which is unpredictable.
