How stupid can the Eagles be? Brown and Gocong were starters, they really really lost that deal... idiots, I mean the stupidity of that deal is just incomprehensible, they shouldve gotten way more.

Brown was moaning about getting a trade or getting paid royally last year. He said he wasn't treated with respect by the Eagles and what not. Now they've got rid of him.
It's not like Brown is the yougest, either. He's 31. You might as well get something for him while you can.
Gocong is nothing more than servicable. He's a decent LB, but someone you can easily replace.
Hall looks like a kid with potential. He's not a natural fit in the 3-4, though. Maybe he'll fare better in the Eagles system.
Or he just might be a bad fat pretty much anywhere in the NFL.
I have to admit that a 4th and a 5th sounds a little low.
Maybe the Eagles got screwed over a little in this one. They certainly aren't getting the value they wanted to. Fact is, though, they're happy to get anything for those two guys. An aging CB who's complaining about his contract and a mediocre LB. Both are replacable. I'd rather take their 3rd and 5th instead of a 4th, 5th and Hall, but I guess that they're just glad that they're getting anything in return.
