Joe is a 7 year radio veteran. He recently was the Program Director for KQCM in 29 Palms Ca. He co-hosted The Big Sexy Sports Spectacular or B Triple S on Team 1010 KXPS in Palm Springs before taking the position at KQ92.

Joe has overcome many difficult obstacles in his life to become a semi-successful broadcaster.

Born in Milwaukee Wisconsin to a single mother, he was raised by his grandparents, Joe and Carol Arrigo and his mom, Cathy.

They moved to Upland Ca. in 1981 where Joe grew up and enjoyed a life filled with love, happiness, music, culture and sports, but Joes true passion is the Packers.

Joes mom, Cathy was always active and involved in his life. She was at every game and made it a point to take Joe to fun parks, sporting events and the beach, which became another passion of theirs. She remains his biggest fan and continues to support her oldest son. Their relationship has a different dynamic, its the best of both worlds, she is my mom and my big sister, I wouldnt have it any other way.

Joes love for the Packers started in 1980 in Milwaukee, while watching a Packers Bears game with his uncle, he was immediately entranced with football and that began his infatuation, well, OK, OBSESSION with the Packers. Joe spent hours watching football (when not playing) and analyzed everything. It became almost comical how Joe could and would hold a conversation with ANY GROWN PERSON and throw out stat after stat, example after example and prove them wrong, AT THE AGE OF 8!

Joe really started to focus on the NFL draft in 1988, on his 11th birthday (April 18th), when he correctly picked the Packers selection (7th overall) of then South Carolina WR Sterling Sharpe after watching a variety of highlight films. The following year (1989) he correctly picked the first 15 players IN ORDER. At 12years old! During that time, the NFL draft was held on Sundays, and Joe would get sick and miss school Monday so he could continue to dissect and chart the draft.

Joe, would spend long hours breaking down and watching film on various players in hopes the Packers would draft them, but he quickly figured out that would be more challenging to try and breakdown each teams needs. The running joke amongst Joes friends (started by Joe Pacheco) is that Joe is ESPN draft guru Mel Kiper Jr.s evil step-nephew. Joe, who has been known to call Kiper Uncle Mel, credits Kiper for being one of the first people that he looked up to, along with Gil Brandt.

Now married with 3 children, Joe continues to break down film, chart players and dissect the NFL draft as well as follow his passion (sports) in his spare time.

Joe attended Clark Atlanta University (Atlanta, Ga.) as well as Chaffey College (Rancho Cucamonga, Ca) where played baseball (LHP, CF) and football (WR/KR/PR) while double majoring in Mass Media and Sports Information Studies.

Joe has also appeared on various sports stations nationwide, but is frequently heard on ESPN 1430 in Fresno Ca. as a guest draft analyst, as well as Southern California Correspondent. Joes love for sports is only exceeded by his love for family and friends.

He would like to also say that he thanks the lord everyday that he has been blessed with his grandparents, Joe and Carol Arrigo (who are the 2 biggest influences in his life) and his wife, kids, family and friends. He feels that without any of them, no matter what success he has, it would be meaningless and empty without them.

Dictionary is the only place that success comes before work.
Hard work is the price we must pay for success.
I think you can accomplish anything if you're willing to pay the price

Interesting, so, I can fault you for my childhood idol not being a Packer since you didn't slot him to the Packers in '89. 😉

Ah yes. You had to bring that up, Kevin. I've been in therapy for years over that pick.

Nice to meet you, Joe. There are plenty of fanatics here. You'll feel like home.

Mucky Tundra (6h) : @AaronNagler · 2m Both Jordan Love and Malik Willis were Limited participants at Packers practice today.
Zero2Cool (9h) : Johnson didn't make it until 2020. Ring 2023. 🤷 Personally, he should have been in years prior to Hall.
Zero2Cool (9h) : HUMP DAY
beast (9h) : Guys that have a good shot at making the NFL Hall of Fame usually get into their teams pretty fast
beast (9h) : Yeah, but is Kampman and the others in the NFL Hall of Fame?
Zero2Cool (9h) : Johnson was Hall of Fame, 2020. Should haev been in Ring a year later, not three years.
Zero2Cool (9h) : I could be wrong there though
Zero2Cool (9h) : Guys like Kampman, Tim Harris, Al Harris, etc all over 15 years. Hall of Fame is 5 year wait
Zero2Cool (9h) : I guess I see players in Packers Hall come way later

beast (11h) : I missed it, sorry, but he got into the NFL Hall of Fame years before that
Zero2Cool (11h) : Jones took his sweet ole time!
Zero2Cool (11h) : Yeah, he's in the ring of honor, just saw video and his name is up there
Zero2Cool (11h) : Didn't they have a thing in 2023 for Jimmy's ring of honor? I swear I saw it
beast (11h) : Though if they're legitimately trying to re-sign MM, then it makes sense.
beast (11h) : Jerry Jones still hasn't put Jimmy Johnson in the Ring of Honor, but he's in the NFL's Hall of Fame, Jones is petty
Mucky Tundra (23h) : Unless the Cowboys are planning an extension, seems kinda petty
beast (8-Jan) : Cowboys denied Bears request
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : From what I'm reading, MM is under contract through the 14th of January; after that he's free game
Zero2Cool (6-Jan) : McCarthy let go or not extended??
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : Chicago Bears have asked the Dallas Cowboys permission to interview Mike McCarthy for head coaching vacancy
Zero2Cool (6-Jan) : The winners page that is
Zero2Cool (6-Jan) : I was not hoping for that. It messes up the page lol
beast (6-Jan) : Thank you, and I was really opening we were going to get 4 or more tied for the top 3.

Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : That might be it for the Vikings
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : Oh so the refs do know what intentional grounding is
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : what the hell was that Goff?! Not much pressure and he just air mails it to Harrison
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : They really need to to get rid of the auto first down for illegal contact
Martha Careful (6-Jan) : watching the Vikings and Lions it's understandable why they swept the Packers. So much better product
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : Even when GB got pressure he was throwing darts; vs no pressure on that last pass he just air mails an open guy
Zero2Cool (6-Jan) : didn't have guys in his face ... pressure makes difference
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : Where was this Darnold vs GB?
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : BALL DON'T LIE
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : how was that not a safety? Goff throws it at an offensive lineman
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : Zero, I thought that was a given! ;)
Mucky Tundra (6-Jan) : Zero I looked through earlier and noticed the same thing. Bonkers year. I just wonder if beast put any money on games
