I was nervous when I heard that Mike McCarthy has connections to Jake Delhomme.

I'm just not seeing that part. I wouldn't want Delhomme as my THIRD string QB.

I also wonder what the range of emotions Quinn went through this past week.

From, "Ha, they got rid of Derek" to "Oh, shit, they're shit-canning me, too."

They threw Anderson under the bus for that little twerp. He was ALL THAT to their fans.

Greed. Shoulda stuck with Anderson. Wallace semi-sucks, but he'll win the job.

Orton is twice the QB as the twerp, imo.

Semi-bizarre happenings. Seems like a huge sucky qb swap.

That Browns team will look nothing like it did last year. They just traded Wimbley to the Raiders for an unknown draft pick. Holmgren is totally rebuilding that team.

But it just looks like a weird strategy to go with Delhomme, who's as good as done, and trade for Wallace while trading away a guy like Wimbley, who's one of the few guys who can actually get to the QB on the roster. It's like he's regutting that defense, while finding stop-gap players on offense. I'm not totally getting what they're doing.

Wimbley was probably traded to obtain more draft selections of HIS guys instead.

I also expect Mangini to be gone after the season too.
