Believe it or not, there have been cases of people trying to commit suicide by swallowing multiple nitroglycerin tablets and then hurling themselves against walls in the vain hopes of provoking an explosion.

Yes Julie....i remember that conversation well. The tone in your voice that said to me "WHO the HELL IS THIS???" LOL!
Anyway........right after my last posting, my dang computer went down. So i'm once again at the library. Nice day for a walk though!
I'm sure i'll be up and running in the next week or 2.

My wife is going to get me a new computer soon. Something really went haywire. But i'm getting a good (and needed) workout going to the library.

I'll tell you, i lost 30 pounds, and it's hard to KEEP it off. A daily battle. I have to see the cardiologist soon. Hopefully all will be OK.
I will NOT go through that operartion again.
