Some lost revenue possibly.

I vote that we have Foster cut back on the grocery bill this month.. and buy up a suite for a game or two.. lol.

Packers are marketing some suites

It could be the economic downturn. Or it could be companies rethinking their spending on entertainment.

In any event, the Green Bay Packers have some suites available at Lambeau Field.

For fans used to hearing about sellouts and waiting lists for season tickets, the fact that suites are available may come as a surprise.

In recent weeks, the Packers have sent out e-mails to companies or individuals notifying them that some suites are available. The e-mails are a new marketing tool, a team official said, adding that the Packers are happy with the response so far.

Last season, there were a handful of suites available. This coming year, others are available, although a team official didn't say how many.

There are 198 suites in Lambeau Field.

I would rather watch the game from the stands. I can watch the game inside for free, from my recliner.

Not me, man...I'm way, way too cheap.

I would like the Packers to send a solicitation to Wayne, though.

Infer that a suite comes with "extra goodies" or something...

He likes a good value.

I got it!

(I should be an armchair marketer)

Now come on Foster.. if you tightened the belt on groceries by eating Kraft Mac and Cheese and hotdogs for a month.. I am sure you could fork out the savings for a game or two... lol.

That's my crazy wife trying to save money with gas points!

HA HA HA

I got one pinned to my bulletin board, right next to my computer...

Under 20 cents a gallon on December 18th

Thank god I don't remember what kind of shit I had to eat that month for that tankful, lol

It's not so much how much you spend at the store as what you spend it on.

I think the last time she went for the "staples"...milk, bread etc.

I believe I unloaded a couple cans of cat food---"2 bucks off gas if you buy 4" or somesuch....

We don't have a cat.

There are different sized suites. The going rate last year was about $64,000 for a 16 seat suite (variable based on location).

That averages $6400/game or $400 per seat/game.

Rather than spending a 1000 years on the waiting list it is a nice way to get into Lambeau ahead of everyone on the list.

I would assume Brett Favre's is now available, correct?

Let's see if we get 64 members at $100.00 each, each member could sit in a seat for 1 quarter, the rest of the time just have to stand up!
Think Packers would allow that? LOL

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
