Think Roy Williams.

Maybe even a little worse in coverage, but he has some decent potential.

I don't want him.

Don't we have enough WR? Jennings, Jones, Nelson and of course the aging Driver are more than adequate for the next year or two. I'd rather us use the pick elsewhere. OL? OLB? DB? RB? One of our weak areas at the very least. I think QB, TE, DL are the only position's were "solid" in and including TE is a stretch, but I like Finley and Havner.


Edit, oh, duh. You said coverage. You're talking the safety position. I wouldn't mind a top flight safety to push Bigby to 3rd string. Then cut Bush, keep Derrick Martin.

I love the build of Mays. The type of player that Capers could move between LBer and SS in pass and run situations. He would match up much better with TE and RB in pass situations than any LBer we have, and has the body to lay some lumber in run support.

I certainly wouldn't mind drafting him. However, I think that the top LT prospects MUST be gone if we decide to take him. If a Brian Bulaga is still on the board, I think that he is a must draft.
