I live in Nashville so I picked up a couple of tickets to the Packers/Titans preseason game. It was fun to go to a game, but not the greatest game to go to, if you know what I mean. It was the fourth preseason game, after all.
I was on the visiting side and watched the sideline all night. I noticed that every time a receiver ran off the field Driver would walk over and hit them on the helmet and say a few words. Either that or the receivers would run off the field and right to him.
Of course, I don't know what they were talking about. They could have been talking about how good dinner was for all I know, but I hope that he is filling a coaching role with our receiving corps. I read somewhere that Driver is the 6th oldest wide out in the league and I really think that is a benefit to our offense as a whole. Having a guy with as much experience as he has, who as had to work as hard as he has to get to the spot where he is is big for all of the young guys on the team.
Anyway, it was something I thought was interesting, and something you don't normally get to see on TV.
