It sure would have been nice to get Tramon Williams a ring in his old age, but it wasn't meant to be.

I wonder if they'll make a move for Ibraheim Campbell after he's had a chance to test the market. I'd be surprised if they didn't take an eventual flyer on Tyler Ervin, though admittedly he only looked good because his competition was complete trash.

I still can't figure out why they spent a roster spot on Ryan Grant.

I'd love to have Tyler Ervin back. We should have signed Campbell over Redmond.

I'd love to have Tramon back too, I just don't think we will be able to afford him.

I am interested in whether we would consider signing Veldheer as additional insurance on the line. Would likely mean cutting or trading Lane Taylor. I have to admit I am shocked that we have not yet cut him with his starter price tag and being a back-up.

Why cut something you might be able to trade?

You can cut him now, or trade him the week before Week 1... the cost will be 300K but considering to have an extra long look at what you got, see if your OL stays healthy through training camp, and if you might be able to get something out of him, it might be worth that 300k, even if you're not planning on him sticking around.

Also who knows, he might end up staying, and they might cut or trade someone else.
