IMO the reason our O is sucking this year - we have lost some of our best receivers - JJ jennings finley - we used to run with 5 threats - now we have 2 guys and a few average guys.

oh btw - who you want more in there lattimore or b jones? - still have any questions?

Once Cobb is used correctly, the offense will change. Move Cobb around more and treat him the Seahawks treat Percy Harvin and they will see a whole new Cobb and overall better offense.

Using Cobb this way would also help Rodgers move the pocket.

TJ Lang can learn a lot from Cobb on how to deal with justified criticism. Being a man/owning your poor play > picking fights with bloggers on twitter.

The only problem is that Janis is raw. I'm not sure he's well enough versed in our offense (audible calls, hand gestures by Aaron, route adjustments) to be of much use. At this stage, Janis may do more harm than good.

That's why I said use him as a decoy... decoy meaning he goes straight down field and either pulls a Safety with him or gets wide open... don't really need to be versed in audible calls and hand gestures for that. He'll either burn his guy, or pull a Safety over towards him... or a CB will have to CB will have to cover his speed one on one. Also might be able to simple do the same thing with Quarless... not as fast but he's taller and probably knows the offense.

That might help... but Cobb hasn't been playing up to Percy's level either... Cobb doesn't seem to have Percy's pure speed and Cobb is struggling getting open at WR. But yeah if we're going to try all the outside run plays we might want a speed RB...

When Janis gets around to getting activated, I will be a very happy fan. I didn't think he'd get activated early on, but I think he should get his chance soon.
