How much of offensive performance is him and how much is having the best QB and some pretty good WR also. One of the areas I see lacking is in game adjustments. They seem to have good game plans, and come out after halftime with good adjustments. But they don't seem to make them on the fly and I think that is a lot to do with Mike not accurately being able to see what adjustments defenses are making between series.

However the Packers have organized it (OC assessing defense from above conveying message to Mike, or whatever), Mike's offenses have performed well, even though I do agree that it seems tough to be able to effectively manage a team and offense in the middle of a game.

When I look the offense has mostly performed against teams they were better than. Against the better teams they have faced, the results are not as outstanding. And that is where I could see the difference being made. Being able to make more adjustments on the fly rather than waiting until halftime.

Of course anyone in athletics will be perform well against someone they're better than. A guy who runs 9.9 in the 100m will beat the 10.3 guy most days. The Seahawks defense dominated a delapidated Cardinals team but blew it vs. The Pats.
