Absolutely. I kept hearing it was a PCL injury. If it is anything like the Meniscus tear I had few years ago, that crap sucks. I would feel amazing walking and then would run and cut and felt like my knee was baby strength. I was in my late 30's so it's not like I was an athlete, but definitely can relate to something feeling OK with the day to day stuff and then KAPOW right in the kisser when you try to work out.
