When the schedule is released too many people look at strength of schedule, but that's based on last year and with FAs and injuries so many things change from one year to the next..

What we should be looking at is rest and travel time between games and looks like the Packers got a pretty good schedule in terms of rest

Follow this link to see all the graphs
https://espnanalytics.com/schedule

5th in the NFL for net rest (Vikings are #3)

No games when the opponent is coming off a bye week.

Only two weeks where the opponents got more rest than us (Bears also at two and Vikings at 1)

And many more cool time/rest stats.

The only real downsides that I see, are
1) The weeks that Opponents get more rest than the Packers are division games, and back to back weeks.

2) I think the NFL might want the Bears to win in Green Bay.

Week 16, Packers play on Monday Night (at home) and then have to play the Vikings in week 17 on a one day short week.

Week 17, Bears play at home again the Seahawks on Thursday Night Football, and then come to Green Bay on a long rest week.

Where the Packers might be resting their players for the playoffs, so Bears might have a better chance of winning and giving the Bears the story of their rookie QB turning the ship around going into the off-season.

Travel time is a good thing to look into. The amount of rest they get is important.
