When the Packers played their final game at County Stadium in Milwaukee, Bob Harlan was on I-43. The reason is the Milwaukee police felt his safety could be in jeopardy so they escorted he and his family with 6 minutes left in the game. So, Harlan didn't see Favre score this TD that I believe clinched a playoff spot.

You have insufficient rights to see the content.Another tidbit I found interesting was the owners didn't want the Packers to sell stock because they thought the Packers would use that money to acquire players. The same concern was said about the sales tax. It was Dan Rooney (Steelers) who stood up and said the Packers are special and important to the league and need our (owners) unanimous support.
You can watch and hear about it in the Return to Glory 1990-1999.
