Many people expect the Packers to regress following the departure of Aaron Rodgers.

Green Bay receiver Romeo Doubs is not one of those people. Doubs seems to think the Packers will be fine following the shift from Rodgers to Jordan Love.

"I think Jordan is a really good quarterback,' Doubs recently told Dennis Krause of SpectrumNews1.com. “When you go from Aaron Rodgers to Jordan, Aaron was a really great quarterback, but I believe Jordan can do the same exact thing. So I don’t really see what’s the big difference.”

I love the kids positive attitude.   I actually think he means it.

The fact of the matter is that Love has a hose and better wheels than Rodgers.   He is likely to look the same as 12 in practice to Doubs.  You also have to remember most of Doubs experience with Rodgers was with a broken thumb.

The kid is young with the blessings of youthful optimism...let's roll with it!

He's comparing what he saw in 2022,not MVP years. We gotta remember that. I saw some on Tweeter roasting the kid for this.

One of the reasons the Packers were willing to make the transition had to be the thinking. Hey, we can have the young guy play mediocre (at worst) for a lot less cash and drama.

Doubs is on the inside, and I'm sure he knows what went on with Rodgers .
He's still a Packer, so he knows who is signing his paycheck.
I'm sure he, and many other players were fed up with the constant Rodgers drama.
As it stands, Love is an unknown.
SO Doubs is on the field with Love, and I'm sure he has a lot better idea of what Love can do. And like was already said, Rodgers thumb probably had much to do with him having a bad year.

Regarding arm strength. Some radio announcer guy, I think Jason Wilde then again maybe itw as just a reporter and it was Rob Demovsky? Anyhow, someone who watches the practices said they're still waiting for Jordan Love to just really get behind a ball and zing it. I initially took this as he doesn't have a strong arm, but then thought, maybe h's just throwing with such little effort?

It also could be that he's trying to be a finesse thrower as well. Not just "zing" the ball.
There are times when I'm sure he will need to throw the fast ball, and I think he will be good at it . Maybe he's trying to not show it all at practice so that he can unleash it in real games.
