1. Perfect way to start the season
Some were uttering that the Packers played a horrible game, that the preseason offense maybe was a fluke, that it wasnt a great note to start the season on. I completely disagree.
We learned several things about the 2009 Packers in this North tilt, and much of it has nothing but a positive vibe to it.
We learned that the Packers defense can carry this team and doesnt have the hints of collapsing nature of 2008. With a helping hand of a bogus illegal contact call, the defense bent in the waning minutes of the game. The Bears had first and goal on the Packers and the defense stood tall and resisted the break; preserving the chance for the Packers to win with a field goal.
