relevant to the topic of waiting to the last second to snap...

Rodgers rushed a snap today and snapped it long before the defense was ready. he then threw into triple coverage for a td.

Why? How can that be beneficial?
And I have seen guys coming out of the backfield, they are open, and he is ignoring them. Easily missing at least a 5 yard gain.
He used to hit a quick one, thus killing the pass rush. You don’t see that in this offense.
Plus way too many of his passes are either way too high or way too low.
He used to be so accurate.
Now the receivers have to constantly make circus catches.
Now, before someone tries to make it like I hate AR, there isn’t anyone else I’d want as QB. I still love the guy. It’s just things I have noticed this season that are different then what he has done in past years.

If Rodgers would get a few quick hitters, it would open things up a lot more. It would make the pass rush pause for a split second, and also open up the run game more.
JMO of course.
I still don’t understand why it is taking so long to get a play off. Seems to always take it down to one second. That allows the D to just take off on Rodgers. They know he has to have the ball snapped right then, or get a penalty.
After 12 games they SHOULD have been able to figure this problem out and fix it.
I can see if you are trying to run down the clock. But it’s happening all game, when the outcome is still undetermined.

Lets harrass some writers to ask MLF that question after every game until he fixes it

They both did say they want to sometimes snap it with :01 and :10 to keep the defense off.

Personally, if Aaron Rodgers is so great at reading defenses, why does he need all that time? The dude has insane talent, trust it and rock it.
