Back on topic.....picking new players is a crap shoot. How many "can't miss" guys DID end up missing? And of course there are the late round gems that almost no one thought would have big careers. Like Donald Driver, a 7th rounder.
A guy that does great in college football doesn't mean they will be great NFL players. Of course we all HOPE our draft picks pan out, but there is no guarantee for any player.
