What has Ted Thompson ever done, besides drafting Aaron Rodgers, Clay Matthews and Jordy Nelson to make you think he's worth keeping?
His personnel decisions are becoming more and more bizarre.
Ted Thompson needs to be gone!

Thompson did a great job filling the team with good/great depth. ... did as in past tense. A lot of defense draft picks and TEs have busted recently which has lead to the defensI've struggle (as well as the injuries).... the Packers seriously need to change up the way they have looked for DL and OLBers and maybe they have some as Fackrell and Lowry sure don't fit their normal mold of DL or OLBers they have grabbed, so maybe they did change.
Which between that change and the Packers offseason announcement that Ted Thompson has a plan to step down, and that Murphy has a plan (E. WOLF) post TT... I have wondered if maybe Wolf made this year's draft pick decisions.
When Ron Wolf stepped down for Sherman, he let Sherman have full control his last year... while keeping the GM title to keep the public pressure off of Sherman. That's why Wolf's last draft year doesn't look like a Wolf draft but totally like a Sherman draft.
I don't know When Ted Thompson is stepping down, but since it's going to be soon (less than 3 years and could be this year) it would not surprise me if he let's the next GM have a lot of control to make sure that the adjustments are as smooth as possible.
