It is dishonest to misrepresent what Ted said. Ted said, "[Sitton's cut] was done with a focus on what is best for the team and the growth of the offensive line."

If this N-word thing is true, then Ted's comments fit perfectly. That is the clique I was speaking about in the "1265 is in total array thread" and suggested a possible racial component to it. The clique is a very tight group of Sitton, Bulaga, Barclay, Lang and Baktierri. If Sitton, the leader, is a Florida Kracker Klan imperial wizard; a classic hostile work environment exists for every Black man on the team, especially, Black OLmen. No wonder Sherrod, Walker and Taylor's growth was stunted.

This also could mesh with the stuff Silverstein said about Sitton's dissatisfaction with not being extended, when Taylor was extended.

I wonder if Taylor hired an attorney; it would explain why he is starting after that horrific game in KC.

Sitton was released because he is stunting the growth of the OL and harming the team, [with his ignorant childish bigoted crap and his loudmouth classless opinionated Kracker mouth], just as Ted said.

Now you lilly white Goddell, I want an effing investigation! This is conduct detrimental to the league. Bigoted grand Cyclops Kracker Sitton, should be banned for life with the ability to apply for reinstatement.

Well done Ted! If this is true, anyone questioning Ted for this move is either racially insensitive or a bigot himself.

Sitton also said on that clubhouse live show that the O is too predictable. That is a classless, team destroying Florida Kracker move. His use of the N-word or whatever it was, was probably the last straw. If Sitton is not a bigot; he was released because he has become a certifiable arsehole.

PS: Dodd, My dream is that Rodgers pulls his head out of his arse; I want to go back to thinking of him like I did during the first 6 games of 2015. My suggestion to bench him was about waking him up, not replacing him. I trashed a PFF article on this forum that said his performance in one of those first 6 games was not that good. But, he has lost his nerve, this is going to be tough to get back.

Well I don't recall anyone seriously saying to get rid of him this season so I don't know who you are even arguing with. Most of the discussion that I recall was focused on the idea what to do if Rodgers is what he was last year.

The first words I wrote attributed to me were, "IF this n-word thing is true." This is not how a person sells to the world that they know a fact.

The person that started the thread indicated that Ted lied if the n-word thing was true [we all know saying something was found on twitter-verse is tantamount to saying "if"]. The first thing I addressed was Ted's stated reasons were 100% consistent if this is why Sitton was cut.

Now this is an internet forum; if we confined all our discussion to known facts, it would not be here. The entire purpose of a football forum is about speculation! i guess occasionally its about learning different takes on an undisputed set of facts. But mostly its about speculation: GB should or should not have drafted this guy; why is that guy starting; why was that guy cut.

If true, the N-word thing can destroy a team, it can destroy a team for years. The topic is 100% appropriate in a forum.

Next i believe that Goodell, should not wait until proof comes out to investigate whether someone battered their wife; took PEDs OR IS BEING A BIGOT. The smoke is there, Goodell needs to investigate. The League should place a call to Murphy and ask if Sitton used the N-word. If Murphy says yes; then a full investigation MUST take place, just as if twitter=verse said Sitton got cut for beating his wife or doing coke lines on Ted's desk.

The next logical place for the discussion to go, since the use of the N-word can destroy a team for years, is to discuss whether the facts we know fit or dont fit the possibility that this was the reason for Sitton's departure. I did that, it fits alot of stuff I/we know. Is it inconsistent with anything you know? Are the things I know wrong? Did I add 1+1 and come up with 15? Do you disagree Goodell should get involved? This is what should be discussed, the topic should not be off limits.

If the topic makes you feel uncomfortable; if its true, imagine how Sherrod, Walker and Taylor feel actually having to go to work everyday with that Shyte in their grill.

It would be nice to know the truth, but I don't think it'll happen.

Mark Chmura said he knows what happened and kinda danced around it. Basically he said it was based on Sittons attitude and it led to an incident where Ted I guess felt like he had to release him. If there's any truth to what Chmura is saying it's hard not to think Ted overreacted to something here a bit and kind of let his emotions make a decision for him. Even if you HAVE to get rid of Sitton there is no reason you have to do it before the cut to 53 deadline. Give yourself more than 2 hours to try and work out a trade. If that doesn't work out then fine but at least make the effort.

To me it looks bad on Ted decision wise but that's just my opinion.

Zero2Cool (37m) : Fake news. Cowboys say no
Zero2Cool (1h) : Mystery candidate in the Cowboys head coaching search believed to be Packers ST Coordinator Rich Bisaccia.
beast (15h) : Also why do both NYC teams have absolutely horrible OL for over a decade?
beast (15h) : I wonder why the Jets always hire defensive coaches to be head coach
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Aaron Glenn Planning To Take Jets HC Job
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Martha- C'est mon boulot! 😁
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Thank you
wpr (22-Jan) : Z, glad you are feeling better.
wpr (22-Jan) : My son and D-I-L work for UM. It's a way to pick on them.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Thank you. I rarely get sick, and even more rarely sick to the point I can't work.
wpr (22-Jan) : Beast- back to yesterday, I CAN say OSU your have been Michigan IF the odds of making the playoffs were more urgent.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : I've been near death ill last several days, finally feel less dead and site issues.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : It is a big deal. This host is having issues. It's frustrating.
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : just kidding...it was down
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : you were blocked yesterday, due to a a recalcitrant demeanor yesterday in the penalty box for a recalcitrant demeanor
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
beast (21-Jan) : You can't assume Ohio State would of won the Michigan game...
beast (21-Jan) : Rankings were 1) Oregon 2) Georgia 3) Texas 4) Penn State 5) Notre Dame 6) Ohio State, none of the rest mattered
wpr (21-Jan) : Texas, ND and OSU would have been fighting for the final 2 slots.
wpr (21-Jan) : Oregon and Georgia were locks. Without the luxury of extra playoff berths, Ohios St would have been more focused on Michigan game.
wpr (21-Jan) : Zero, no. If there were only 4 teams Ohio State would have been one of them. Boise St and ASU would not have been selected.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : So that was 7 vs 8, that means in BCS they never would made it?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : A great game. Give ND credit for coming back, although I am please with the outcome.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : FG to make it academic
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : and there's the dagger
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooo 8 point game with 4 minutes to go!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooooooohhhhhh he missed!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Ooooo that completion makes things VERY interesting
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Game not over yet
beast (21-Jan) : Oh yeah, Georgia starting quarterback season ending elbow injury
beast (21-Jan) : Sadly something happened to Georgia... they should be playing in this game against Ohio State
beast (21-Jan) : I thought Ohio State and Texas were both better than Notre Dame & Penn State
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame getting rolled
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : Ohio State just got punched in the gut. Lets see how they respond
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame vs the Luckeyes, bleh
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Oh snap!!!
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : Even Stevie Wonder can see that.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : Nah, you see Lions OC leaving to be HC of Bears is directly related to Packers.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ohhhhhhh Zero is in TROUBLE
packerfanoutwest (21-Jan) : Zero, per your orders, check Bearshome, not packershome
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Then he'll land with another team and flourish.
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Ben going to Bears. He'll be out in 3 years.
