It has come to my attention that many Packer threads are dedicated to complaining about this player or that with every game played. It's that player can't block or this player can't cover. Few if any point out who this or that player was beaten by in any given game. It could say a lot about what problems individuals faced.

ex: CB Able was trying to cover WR Baker in the last game.

or

ex: The LT Charlie was battling DE Smith all day.

or

ex: ILB Jones was very good covering TE White this past Sunday.

In addition , expressing that praise or complaint here in this thread might slow down the creation of so many threads and focus opinions in less new threads.

IMO, the Packers are doing great and areas of concern are being addressed. Personally I'd like to read more post about what is going well.

I already deal with enough compliance training at work. Now I have to deal with it here too?!?! 😝

I'm not saying anyone needs to adhere to a rigid set of strict rules, but that many just don't know what they are posting about.

Praise a player like James Jones, but don't fail to mention who was trying to cover him or that Aaron Rodgers throw had to thread a needle when he scored in the 3rd qtr. Who was B.J. Raji going against on the play when he sacked a QB.

BALANCE!
Every game there are going to be some good and some bad things.
Sometimes it ends up being nit picking.
Fact is, we are 3-0 and have been playing really well. Offense, with all the injuries to BIG TIME players has been amazing to see how they have held it together. And our D has not been outstanding, but has been better so far then last year.
3-0 is a great start, and hopefully will be 4-0 by the end of the week.

We have enough rules in this forum that I completely ignore. Do we need more? I'm not here to tiptoe around people's sensitivities and polish their green and gold glasses for them. If a player messes up, guys like me call them out on it. For example - David Bahktiari is going to get our all world quarterback killed one of these days. Was he playing against Hali with a bum knee - yes! Do I care, no - because he's suited up and on the field trying to earn his paycheck. As a left tackle in this league, I expect him to lock that edge down and protect the franchise. If he can't do that, get him the fuck off the field and get somebody that can, or the coach needs to compensate his weaknesses. We don't need to sugar coat anything.

I always take offense when people get offended by people complaining about the team. Mentioning the 80's or that we are spoiled. Piss off!!! We got one of the best QBs of all time. I get pissed that this team is not doing enough to solidfy Aaron's place in history. It absolutely kills me that he may end up with the same or less Super Bowl rings than Eli Manning or Ben Roethlisberger. Perhaps other people don't look at things the way that I do, but to me we should have had more rings with Brett and we seem to be wasting rings with Aaron as well. The future could be bleak and shitty for all we know so why not try and maximize the success we have now. Lord knows the forum and chat will likely be shitty when Aaron packs it in.
