I think the Packers still find and develop a serviceable quarterback at least to the level of Andy Dalton. Russell Wilson would have been on the radar later probably. The Packers would still have a good offense and they would have a better defense. The team wouldn't be as good, obviously. How could it be? But I think they would have found and developed a decent starting quarterback and kept Favre for longer. The team would still be competing for wild cards most years, but wouldn't make the playoffs every year after Favre left. Who knows, if Favre stuck around longer the Packers could plummet for a season or so after he leaves if their developmental options didn't work out and could end up with an Andrew Luck or another high-profile quarterback.
