If Flynn is the holder, you could have him to a "Longest Yard" pass right into Kam's groin area. But yeah, using Pep as a personal protector would be idea. I think if the Olineman moves, that would be illegal motion, but then again Oline can jump nowadays if they are drawn off by the D.
