I'm thinking more along the lines of ridicule. Kuhn made that Top 100 player list a couple years ago and the commentators basically laughed about it. Kuhn is a lunch pail player and I'm glad we have him, but he's no where near talented enough or statistically sound enough to have elite accolades like Pro Bowler attached to his career.

But then again, I don't think Troy Aikmen and Michael Irivin belong in the Hall of Fame.

The dude can cut and change direction on a dime, and he's solid in pass pro. It just bothers me when they swing a pass out to him on third and long, because he's so damn slow. The entire stadium could converge on him by the time he gets to the first down marker.

I often wondered how the Packers would have fared with Aikman instead of Favre. Yeah, Favre won a lot of games with great throws but he messed a lot of them up as well. Aikman was more like Starr and I wonder how a game manager would have done with that team as compared to the gunslinger.

As far as Kuhn goes its the popularity contest thing kicking in along with name recognition, the diminished use of a true fullback and the fact that with the way winter started here in Wisconsin we Packer fans had nothing better to do than vote for him a bazillion times.

Where is Corey Linsley's probowl berth? Heard about it for weeks how he was a probowl C. Another case of us overvaluing our own?

Most players get voted in a year late at minimum. Josh Sitton, Jordy Nelson, you think these are the first years these guys should have been voted to the pro bowl?

I'm not saying Linsley is a pro bowl quality center (don't know enough about lineman to say either way), but its rare that rookie linemen make it in unless they are top 10 picks and have name recognition.
