Complete edit: (I missed the delete button if there is one)
This is about JC Tretter and the amount he has yet to prove.
Will Tretter prove he's got it? If not, what Center's could the Packers get as insurance?

How did Tretter look at family night?
I remember Mike McCarthy made a comment about letting Tetter and Linsley battling it out for the Center spot and sound like Barclay might be the emergency back-up after that... so I wonder if they would go with Barclay next? ... also I've read about how they keep getting Lane Taylor some limited reps with the 1s... it'd be nice if he learned more than just OG (though learning Center might take too much time to count on him in games until he gets used to it.
As far as veterans Centers looks like their is very slim pickings... David Baas, Kyle Cook and Ryan Cook are out there... but they've had some problems with injuries and haven't been the best when playing (which is why they're still FAs).
The best bet might be looking at the players other teams cut or are willing to trade (or looking for an UDFA if you like any of the ones that are left). I looked up one of the Packers former Center Nick McDonald but looks like he broke his wrist and the Chargers cut him and the Browns claimed him, hoping he'd recover. (and McDonald got cut by the Packers in the first place because he got a little shake with the snap when pressured, which is why Evan Dietrich-Smith passed him, but he might have grown better at it since)
