So your family would remember you much differently than we would? I'm joking, I'm joking, I couldn't resist. We disagree on a lot of things but underneath we are all Packers fans so we can joke a little with each other...right?

You've got almost 20 years on me but I suppose I could say pretty much what you did. Nothing special but no regrets. I've lived my life pretty much the same way my father has, quiet and unassuming. Work hard and love the ones around you. Take care of your own, help out those you can when you can. Nothing means as much to me as my family does (I'm not married and I have no kids but I have brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews) and I think they know that and I think that is what I would be remembered for and to be honest I can't think of much better things to be remembered for.

It's only sad if YOU think it is sad. Some people want to be remembered for big things or feel the need to be remembered by many. I don't need that and apparently you don't either so no it is not sad at all.

I posed this question because of some real life ordeals that got me thinking about some things.

What headstone design would I want. What songs should be played at my funeral that are reminiscent of me. What would I like said about me. Most importantly, even if I were to die tomorrow, have I laid enough of a foundation for my girls to grow up to be good women?

I'd want the legacy of me to be defined through my girls. As for what everyone will think about me. I know only a very select few truly get me and the rest completely misunderstand me and label, which is fine. But I can't say outside of family and friends I care much about other people's thoughts of me. That being said, I think they'd say I was a very caring person, excellent family member who bent over backwards to help anyone and was very blunt to the point kind of person who found a way to smile and make others smile regardless of the situation.

I guess that's where my the selfishness comes in. If I were married do you think I'd still have all this time to impart my wisdom on you guys. As it is I hardly have enough time to make my usual contribution here.

Besides, No matter how much I have tried and tried and tried I just can't teach myself to lift the seat ... or is it or is leaving it up what pisses women off all the time? See, my mentality just doesn't mesh with women.

As far as kids go other peoples are the best. Spoil the shit out of them and send em home. I don't have any of my own for retaliatory strikes so I'm, safe. Of course If I ever do have kids of my own I'm screwed. My brother and sister have warehouses full of noisy toys and other annoying as heck items just waiting to unload them on me when the first chance they get.

And when you think of it, you all are my family (I'll pause to let you dry your eyes) Its a great big dysfunctional family to be sure, one that you would never want to spend the holidays with in person but
family none the less.

dfosterf (26-Jun) : I think it would be great to have someone like Tom Grossi or Andy Herman on the Board of Directors so he/they could inform us
dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.

Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH

dfosterf (11-Jun) : There will be a mini camp practice Thursday.
Zero2Cool (11-Jun) : He's been sporting a ring for a while now. It's probably Madonna.
Martha Careful (10-Jun) : We only do the tea before whoopee, it relaxes me.

Mucky Tundra (10-Jun) : How's the ayahuasca tea he makes, Martha?
Martha Careful (10-Jun) : Turns out he like older women
Martha Careful (10-Jun) : I wasn't supposed to say anything, but yes the word is out and we are happy 😂😂😂
