Why yes, yes it could. But I predict it will improve GREATLY as the year moves forward. Also that good run Lacy had the other night, that was NOT a hold from the LT. No way in hell was that holding.

Bahk held a couple plays earlier on a run to the other side, didn't get called.

Ya when I saw that - I was like LoL wtf? - that was a block where the blocker ran through the defender and the defender fell down = they call that a hold.

Did Newhouse stay the same and the others were just better?

Or did Newhouse get worse?


Also I know there was some NFL talk from Goodell about maybe moving the NFL trade deadline back... I don't think it changed but does anyone know for sure?

Newhouse is a better pass protector, but he was a little bit inconsistent at times. It seemed like once or twice a game he would completely whiff and let his guy come through untouched.

He can also play either side, so he's the new swing tackle.
