Do you have anything from your younger days that you wish you had kept?

When I was 13 my little brother Brandon destroyed my Barry Sanders hat that I always wore and ripped one of my Barry Sanders cover magazines. I threw them both in the trash I was so upset and my dad made me keep the magazine saying I'd regret throwing it away. I actually wish I had kept the hat too.

I wish I would have kept my weight down.

Probably my Fender guitar. I had a cherry red Fender that I was not very good on. My parents bought it for me in the last 60's. Mom sold it at a garage sale in the late 70's or early 80's. In the last 10 years I have had 5 people make me an offer of several thousand for it sight unseen. Mom sold it for fifty or a hundred dollars she doesn't remember.

I think it looked like the red one in the center of the photo.

I had this huge box of baseball cards - well over a thousand of them. When I went in the army in 1970, my parents sold them cheap in a garage sale. I had a Henry Aaron rookie card, Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays those 1954 cards that looked like TVs, A couple of Ted Williams in the '50s. I can't really blame my parents, I guess, as that was before anybody knew baseball cards were worth keeping.

Back in the late 60's-early 70's during the off season Packer players used to play benefit basketball games around the state against local coaches (My dad happened to be one.)* After the games the players would stick around an give autographs to everyone who wanted one. Wish I would have hung onto those!!!!!

* I just realized, my dad played ball against the Packers!!!! LOL
