A curious if not uninspiring signing. Doing someone a favor maybe?
Number 5?
They must be running out of numbers.

It's kinda surprising even though our drafted rookies are hurt. Why not bring in more safteys to look at, rather than stock piling at a relatively deep receiver core.

90 players and 99 numbers, then you minus the retired numbers ... you will encounter issues. Often times players use the 'retired' numbers, be it officially retired or not while they are doing OTA's or training camp. During the season they switch.

Don Majkowski wore #5 initially.

Interesting. Did not know that.

Am I still young at heart? I can't look at the guy's name without thinking "stinkfield." I must be...

100 numbers.
You gotta include 00.
I believe Jim Otto wore that number during his career.
Unless the No Fun League outlawed it since then.

Numbers 0 and 00 are no longer used, though they were issued in the NFL before the number standardization in 1973... but in a 2001 preseason game ...

Why not give some of these wideouts a try at Safety hahahaha? This guy Sinkfield supposedly ran a 4.19 forty and he's 200 pounds. I can't help thinking, what the hell is wrong with him?

Good question... I watched the high light video and it seemed like he was going down easily and not getting much YAC. Also someone say he has the Calvin Johnson body type ... Johnson has about 5" and 40 pounds on him...

Yeah, but you should see his bench press. A foot and a half tall and 200 lbs.

He is a brick.
