A comparison of numbers between the two seasons, just for kicks, through 9 games.

Maybe I will get cute and add drops to the chart.

But one of the stats that popped off the screen.. last season, we faced teams with a defensive ranking against the pass of 21.33.. bottom third of the league. This year. 11.78.

I think when there's enough will and aggression, there's no shortage of talent either.

Most years we would be more than pleased with the 107 QB rating. It just happens to be the year after an extraordinary performance.
Aaron Rodgers is second overall in rating even after a sub Aaron Rodgers showing against AZ. Even with so many drops by his intended receivers. Even with so many games being missed by his receivers. Even with so many sacks and being pressured so much. Can you imagine what his rating would be if he had the time to find the open/healthy receiver? it would be as good as last year.

And if you applied the same stipulations to last year his QB rating probably would have been 140+. Which isn't so much a knock on this year or "misfortune" this year, as it says just how amazing last year was.

right the same thing can be applied to any year. Last year was amazing. This year is still a very good one.

Only "negative" that jumped out at me was the change in yards/attempt.
None of the above. It wouldn't have been a wasted vote. Obama and Romney -- Those were the wasted votes.

It seems to me that he's not completing as many of those deep passes that he was completing last year. I'm sure that has an effect.

3 less completions and 3 less tds is totally unacceptable. if those 3 were completed for tds his qb rating would be about the same as last year. what a slacker.

Maybe we could trade Rahjahs, Crosby, and a first and sixth rounder for Flynn?

Actually his completion percentage is the biggest component for his dip in QB rating.

But yes.. we are soooo doomed. I envy Chicago and Minnesota at this very moment. Duh!

Actually, it's the ratio between TD's to INT's that has his QB rating lower, not completion percentage. I believe he has as many INT's in 10 games as he did in 15 last season with fewer TD's.

Of course if you're referring to 2011 after 10 games, then my comment is actually way actually out of place, actually. :) Sorry, my girls love saying actually so whenever I read/hear it, it makes me wanna say it over and over again lol.
