Personally I think solidifying the secondary is meaningless if GB keeps the same front seven they had a year ago.

I totally agree. No pressure this year is no pressure next year, imo. We might have Jenkins back, but injurys happen... and we have no proven 3-4 rusher at all at this point.

As for your theory. How does Williams fit in this? Will Jenkins be a good starter directly, while we have 3 pretty solid CBs? That's another issue imo.

Now, I agree with the fact that we have to look at the future and we would be in trouble if both Woodson and Harris left at this point, but we really need an impact player at 9 imo and, at this time, Jenkins is just not that.

Well if I'm right, Williams stays at the nickel back. I think GB views him to be a starter down the road, but right now I think they feel like they have a pretty good nickel back with Williams. He's the No. 3 in either situation.

The more i see the rumors of the guys we are trying to sign, the more i think Raji is our pick if he is there.

I also 'feel' Ted Thompson will end up picking raji if hes there at #9 - I'm just paronoid about big fat guys in the first round going bust.

I personally would rather get someone else at #9 and get a DLman in the 2nd and or 3rd round.

I'm actually hoping raji is off the boards so we can grab someone else

Still, we really need a NT. Pickett is a big guy and I'm positive that he'll do an ok job, but we need more thatn that imo. Also, we just need a second one, even if Pickett is our main man.

In that case I'd still like Moala (He is still coming out right? It's been so quite around him). He seems to be a perfect NT, if he can gain some weight. (300 LBS, now) He's 6'4 and has alot of strength, from what I've seen. Him being family off Ngata can't hurt either.

Well guys the newest walter football mock now has Raji going to the Raiders and we are selecting:

Green Bay Packers: Everette Brown, DE/OLB, Florida State
This pick will be B.J. Raji if he somehow makes it past Oakland. But assuming Undead Al scoops up the monstrous nose tackle, the Packers will probably go with Everette Brown.

The Packers need another 3-4 rush linebacker to complement Aaron Kampman. Take away Kampman's 10 sacks, and the team had just 17 on the year. No other player had more than three.

I had Everette Brown going in I think Mock Draft 1.0 to the Packers and I'll probably project him to the Packers in 4.0 due to Seattle passing on Crabtree. It's a domino effect that sees Monroe to Seattle, Raji to Cincy, and Crabtree to Oakland and Jacksonville.

Would be really great if either make it to 9th pick but if both were available I'd go For Raji first N/T is the key in the 3-4.
