Anyway.. not sure I see Harris on a board.. but it something I never had heard before.

BTW... he still sounds like a player that knows his time in GB is over.. wonder why.

What's up, ya'll? Hey, just got word I was named to the 2009 Pro Bowl in Hawaii. After everything I went through in 2008, and everything the team went through, this is a terrific honor and I really feel blessed.

Like I told you guys before, I don't know what the future holds, but I'm a strong believer in keeping my body in top condition. I'll be ready for whatever comes my way on the field in 2009.

Made me believe I want Al Harris back in Green Bay.
I've seen him on "Locker Room Live" and even at my age I find the guy inspiring.

Not to be a Debbie Downer - but isn't skateboarding a tad bit risky for a guy who depends upon his body for his livelihood?

Still, it's awesome that he does this. I'd love to see him grinding the rails outside of Lambeau Field.
