If our WRs are so injured, why not have Abberdeeis and Janis out there? They can't be any worse then what we saw.

It would be a shame to lose the pot because you haven't played all your cards.

I worry a little about AR's lack of 'Brettness'. Sometimes you just need to throw it up and ask the receiver to make a play. Certainly you can take that too far. But whether it is reluctance to throw INT or just a lack of trust, Aaron Rodgers doesn't seem to rely on his receivers to make a play. At least this month. It's a long season.

I don't know if Rodgers can do what Andrew Luck did in the last game against Carolina. Down by 17 he just 'Bretted' every ball, either he tied the game or walked away with 6 Ints, he didn't care. Sometimes you need just that.
Of course when you are up or the game is very close doing that is very foolish and Luck will still do it.

We never tried to win the game at Denver and that's the biggest problem to me.

If you are losing, and game time is winding down, THROW THE DANG BALL! Take a chance! I mean, what you are doing isn't working anyway, right?
Yeah you might throw a pick, but taking that chance is better then sitting with your thumb up your butt, right?
One way at least you have a chance.

But to act like Aaron Rodgers doesn't give his receivers a chance to make plays is just silly. A game or two doesn't define the norm for Rodgers. It is what it is: a few bad games.

Nobody is saying he is a crappy QB now and we should move on or anything like that. It doesn't hurt anyone to point out that he's been playing scared and pointing out reasons why we don't buy the "nobody was ever open" excuse, it's just the truth.

Rodgers has been known to miss wide open players, look back thru all the threads and you will see how people complained he always threw deep even if he had a guy wide open short. That is Rodgers and that is why they love him and at times why they get so mad at him.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

beast (5-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft has been an offensive player since 2017, 2 TE, 2 WR, 1 RB, 1 OC

Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Bills trading WR Stefon Diggs to the Texans in exchange for a 2025 2nd-round pick. (via @rapsheet)
beast (3-Apr) : Using Patterson as RB and RB/WR tweener... so I think they also signed Patterson as a 3rd down RB, not just a kick returner as articles are
beast (3-Apr) : I think PFT missed the real Steelers/Patterson connection, Steelers new OC Arthur Smith has been Patterson's head coach the last 3 years
wpr (2-Apr) : It has Martha. I was stunned when I was in HS to learn Iowa was still playing half court BB in the 70's.
